RETURNS & REFUNDS
You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery at email@example.com .If the goods are damaged or a defective, the goods should be returned to us and you will be entitled to a full refund if it is found that the goods are defective.
Goods should be returned by recorded delivery for your own protection. The buyer has a statutory right to take reasonable care of the items. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt (subject to weekend and holiday postal availability). We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Order’s over £45 will not incur any shipping fees.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive your goods) and return them for a full refund.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and they must be returned, unopened, in sale-able condition at your expense. We recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
